Monique

Monique brings 20+ years of interior design skills, home renovation history and administrative skills to the team. She is the go-to person for creative: she's sure to create stunning design ideas for your project. In addition, Monique resolves any billing, change order or insurance claim assistance questions for clients. When Monique isn't on the phone or working on interior design projects, you'll probably find her tending to one of her numerous rescue animals or working in her garden.

Mick

Mick's long history in residential home building and commercial construction spans over 27 years. He has thousands of hours experience in concrete/masonry work and trim carpentry. Graduating from Herzing College (formerly the Minneapolis Drafting School), he successfully obtained a degree in Architectural and structural drafting. Along with this, Mick has broad based construction product knowledge and problem solving abilities.

Bailey

Bailey, Trend Setters Project Manager, oversees all job sites and ensures every project stays on track from start to finish. Growing up in Ramsey, he joined the Trend Setter family at just 15 years old. He's served over five years in the US Army and safely completed a tour of duty for Operation Iraqi Freedom. When he's not working, he continues his commitment by devoting time to the Army Reserves. His drive and work ethic are evident in his passion to serve our customers and country alike.
